Ennui Vol. III

I was recently complaining to the person I share my house with, that I don’t get goosebumps anymore. And the following week I get an email from the Times of India with a qualifying ticket for the TOI cartoonist Hunt. Can you imagine?

*goosebumps*

I headed for the second round of the hunt. The theme was to depict the ideology of the current common man, opinionated and sarcastic.

This is what I’d submitted. Tell me what you think about it.

In any case, being one of the 22 contestants from the barrage of entries they received was a gratification in itself! I was fortunate enough to share the space with known cartoonists like Cyrus Daruwala, Jayant Kriplani and many more.

The event was an exhilarating experience and a massive learning curve. Thank you Times of India.
